@marybethbern@Xfinity@XfinitySupport I finally chatted with a live person today after I sent a note in Messenger. They sent me a link to file for an outage credit, but it can't be done until the outage is resolved. I have received no help.
@Xfinity We have had no internet for a full week around Nashville. Your unacceptable support system gives no information and removes my ability to talk to anyone or communicate at all with you when there is an outage. Long time customer realizing it is time to leave...
@marybethbern@Xfinity Yes, it is maddening that @Xfinity would have a model that refuses to let you talk to someone because you are in an outage. I tried bypassing support by asking to speak to an agent and even a customer retention person, and it hung up on me because of the outage. @XfinitySupport
All: If you are considering Hulu Live TV, be careful. I was charged for my free trial because I actually tried it. @hulu refused to reimburse me when I cancelled in time. They now say I didn't qualify for a free trial, but nothing in the signup process told me that. I feel duped.
