@ChrisFiloG @INM7_ISN@TheNeuroNetwork@talyarkoni Since scientific, economic and even ethical rationales are not always sufficient, another long term strategy is to make the data/code dissemination part of the publication/reward process (cf @OHBM TOPIC/Aperture, my take on this is in https://t.co/RFlkgQrZod).
Indeed - we - the scientific community - have mostly lost our ways by focusing on the reward rather than the results. The advocacy from @talyarkoni @ChrisFiloG and others is a strong help in mending this, because the right ideas are difficult to kill. https://t.co/DFkb1MhRqZ
