@cwhogg .@cwhogg 💯agree though capitation is a critical ingredient for more rapid adoption (eg, having a specialist available to consult per the article a la @Rubicon_MD). Integrated care models advance this more quickly of course but been slow to adopt. Anything you see driving faster?

@jfschneidr Also why you see urgent care centers being bought up. Money is less in the FFS referral (long term) and more in the specialty risk bundles. Urgent + primary care are the necessary (importantly patient trusted) top of the funnel to drive towards that
