Important to understand the 2 primary reasons why modern progressives (according to data) increasingly dislike our country…

A) Progressivism uses the tactic of “reframe the past to control the future.”

1619 Project, revisionist Founding Era history, “colonization” narrative, selective retelling of antebellum slavery (any of which was obviously wrong) all seek to reframe American history as a history of unique oppression by the Bad Guys on the intersectionality chart (white Christian heterosexual men = intersectionality Darth Vader)

So, first they reframe American history as a primarily evil tale to teach people to hate its past, so they will depart from the principles upon which it was built.

B) Modern progressivism is called “progressive” bc it seeks to “progress past” the general historic Christian ethics America was founded upon.

So, progressivism’s current morals are fundamentally at odds with historic American moral vision at most key points.

As a result it also trains people to see all modern inequality of outcomes as “injustice” bc it is built on Critical Theory instead of Christian Theology

SUMMARY: Hate our past + hate our present = dislike our country

You will notice that secular progressivism specifically seeks to overthrow all 3 authorities established by God:

Family, Church, and State

1) FAMILY: Combo of therapy-culture, Critical Theory, and Queer Theory all result in kids viewing their parents as the primary problems in their lives and things like "going no-contact"

2) CHURCH: The deconstruction movement and off-rails excesses of #MeToo movement trained a generation to view the church as repressive, pastors as the bad guys, correction as "spiritual abuse", and to leave faith.

3) STATE: The whole movement is tends toward protecting law-breakers and opposing law-enforcement, #DefundThePolice, and reframing any civil authorities that enforce law and order as "fascists"

INTERESTINGLY, Marx lived in Paris, Berlin, Cologne, Brussels, and London.

All developed significant Communist movements, except one: London.

Why?

In part, because a significant pulpit was willing to confront it. Unleash the pulpits.
