My McDonald’s Reward Points Issues
As a loyal customer, we are happy that you guys have this customer’s retention programs.
Unfortunately, something is wrong with the implementations considering that points earned will automatically be forfeited after a year.
Please take note that if a customer uses their points, they are being deducted from the latest points they’ve earned and not from the earliest points they earned.
As such, we are forced to always use the points, that in doing so, we may missed out on your offer special offers.
@LTFRB@LTFRB_Official can anyone check @grabph as to why their charges for Seniors/PWD is higher than for the general population please during peak hours or so?
@burgerkingph am not sure how many are using your App here in the Philippines, it’s the worst App for me, your personnel here at Frontera doesn’t even though their branch.,. What a joke
@eastwestbanker Online access means real time ... but in your case, we can only see transactions from May 21, 2026 & earlier.

How long do we keep following up on these service issues until they are fully resolved?
To recap, we experienced the following outages and interruptions:
One (1) month of service disruption in 2024 in all of our 8 trunk lines.
@PLDT_Cares you guys didn't even read the whole thread, I have written our account no. therein.
Can't believe that we have to follow up for more than a year for our refund for 8 lines that was out of commission for a month. @PLDT_Cares
We are under the Enterprise & Please do not tell us to DM you, because we have already sent numerous follow up email over the course of more than 1 year.

Additionally, we have long planned to reduce our PLDT lines, from 8 lines down to 4 lines maybe, as the repeated service interruptions and the overall unreliability of the service provided over time
We would appreciate your urgent assistance and a clear timeline for resolution.
