@gm @ChevyTrucks @chevrolet if you own a 4wd Gm product, you can not take it off road. It has to stay on asphalt or concrete roads. You can not drive it while it is raining either because if rust shows up in the 3year 36,000 mile warranty- they want cover it!

Went back to the dealership and the salesman remembers me pointing out the rust on mine and 4 other trucks that were made in CANADA.

@GM @chevrolet a year old truck, bought with rust on it. Also has an alignment issue. Got told today GM/Chevrolet is not going to stand behind their product!! Also they said the rust is from driving it off road. Doesn’t the Chevy commercials involve off road

…….driving. Might have to look into getting legal advice. They are advertising one thing and not standing behind the product. Plus my trail boss at the worst has been on gravel while pulling into campsites.

@GM @chevrolet @ChevyTrucks I have reached out since July/August of 2025. Truck has been in the shop numerous times for the pulling issues and nothing gets resolved. Have requested a buyback or trade, but it keeps getting refused.

Somebody on probation has to pee in front of the parole officer, but a parent in trouble has every chance to cheat it.

2025 Chevy 2500 he has had a pulling (alignment) problem since day 1. Complained, alignments, 2 new tires, alignment, rotate tires, back pulling after rotation, but get told it’s normal for a 2500. Bullshit!!
