THE RULE WAS BLOCKED. USPS DIDN’T STOP.

The courts blocked the new USPS federal ballot-mail rule that the Trump administration intended to have in place for the 2026 election.

So what did the Postal Service do?

It stepped up.

USPS is now taking extraordinary operational measures to move election mail and ballots through the system:

- Extended retail hours beginning October 4
- Dedicated “Ballot Postmark Only” lines
- Drive-through ballot-mail options in some locations
- Expedited handling of election mail
- Additional ballot pickups and deliveries
- Use of the Priority Mail Express network when necessary
- And beginning October 24, carriers will check EVERY delivery point for outgoing mail—even when they have no incoming mail to deliver.

This isn't implementation of the blocked rule - and it won't add any chain of custody components to the process - but they are doing what they can to step up to the task of taking the delivery of ballots seriously.

It's USPS operating under the existing rules while providing an elevated level of service for the 2026 election.

The proposed federal rule may be tied up in court, but the Postal Service isn't using that as an excuse to sit back and say, “Not our problem.”

Quite the opposite.

The rule was stopped.
The mission wasn't.

Millions of Americans will use the mail to participate in this election. USPS is responding by putting additional resources, procedures and personnel behind getting those ballots where they need to go.

Election security isn't just about what happens inside a voting machine.

It is also about making sure that when Americans are permitted to vote by mail, the ballot can move securely and efficiently through the system and reach the election officials responsible for counting it.

The courts will decide the future of the federal ballot-mail rule.

But for 2026, USPS is making clear:

Whatever the courts decide about the rule, the Postal Service intends to do its part to deliver.

Leibowitz is the nephew of Norman Braman, a billionaire with a car dealership empire throughout South Florida. Braman is one of senator Rubio's most prominent benefactors, including donating between $5 million and $10 million to Marco Rubio 2016 presidential campaign.

Keep in mind, he lives in Florida. Under the pink slip rules BOTH Florida senators @SenRickScott and @marcorubio had to approved of this nomination.

Public records from his Senate questionnaire and judicial bios show David S. Leibowitz served on the boards of Temple Beth Am (a Miami Reform synagogue) and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, plus the New Jersey Commission on Holocaust Education. He is the nephew of Jewish philanthropist Norman Braman.

The Jewish part locked in Scott with his Jewish flag prominently displayed in his senate office and the financial sponsorship locked Rubio. That’s how CONgress works.

Operation Gladio continues to be discussed in more and more venues bc of you. Many ppl ask me what can they do? This is our fight: exposure. Accountability can only happen after the history has been exposed. Despite being one of the only accounts on X exposing NATO, its secret armies, and the CIA’s role in it, we’ve never had a post go viral. This explains why. I usually don’t comment on this bc it appears self-serving. It isn’t. I personally don’t need to do this, I don’t need to dedicate years to a project that jeopardizes everything I’ve worked so hard to accomplish…BUT, my oath doesn’t expire and I couldn’t sit by and not do something to expose this evil that has rotted our country from the inside.

October 2025. Iraq's National Day statement arrived two weeks late. On business, it said Washington would "look forward to pursuing opportunities" for trade. Future tense.

October 3, 2026. On time. Three days after the last American soldier left Erbil.

Five sentences. Three of them are about the relationship, the July White House visit, and "historic economic partnerships announced." Past tense.

Troops: not mentioned. Coalition: not mentioned. ISIS: not mentioned. Iran: not mentioned. Militias: not mentioned.

Security gets half a sentence. Washington "welcomes Iraq's efforts to strengthen its sovereignty."

Efforts. The same morning, Baghdad told its people sovereignty was "completed." The militias are still on a timeline that now runs into 2027. Washington chose its word carefully.

Military out. Companies in. State wrote it down.
