👀 To the people asking me about Prison Life: I have to honestly wish Prison Life a major congrats on their comeback. I mean it!

It was Prison Life and Redwood Prison that inspired @badccvoid and I to make a game about the world outside the prison. Competition is GREAT, but seeing our old friends succeed is greater. Jailbreak wouldn't be here without them.

I must thank our players for sticking around 8+ years. Today is actually our largest Saturday player count since August 2024! Insane. We're obviously making the right moves with recent updates and we have a whole lot more to give you.

To those already part of this new era, welcome! Anyone not part of this 2025/2026 Prison Era is missing out. Jailbreak and Prison Life are going nowhere. We are both here to stay. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

99% of games have peaks and eventually do fall off, here's some of the most impactful Roblox games that were once popular but fell off hard 💀

Strucid - Peaked at 100k CCU in 2019, pushed competitive gunplay + building hybrid mechanics

Dungeon Quest - Peaked at 100k CCU in 2019, sparked dungeon crawlers on Roblox, and won Builderman Award of Excellence in 2020

Ninja Legends - Peaked at 250k CCU in late 2019, won Best Breakout Game at the 7th Annual Bloxy Awards, and heavily started declining in 2021

My Restaurant! - Peaked at 120k CCU in mid 2020, elevated tycoon/management simulators on the platform, and now averages less than a thousand players

Islands - After peaking at over 100k CCU in 2020, it pioneered sandbox economy games on Roblox

Meep City - Peaked at over 150k CCU in 2018 setting a world record for Roblox at the time, the game started declining in 2022 and after the removal of the custom avatars feature in mid 2025 the game now only averages only a few hundred players
