@gmuy2 @tdsb @shelleylaskin 100% agree. The daily numbers of students sick with COVID are staggering. The TDSB needs to implement masking ASAP. As someone recovering from surgery, I am very concerned about my kids returning to school (after surgical quarantine). I’m not ready to battle COVID.

@imgrund I’ve had a surgery rescheduled twice now due to COVID numbers. New date set for April, but I’m very concerned. In the absence of masking, it will be impossible to stay COVID free for surgery. With so many of us waiting months/years for surgeries, unmasking will cause more delays

private schools already have far lower risk for covid spread.

demanding public schools lift their mask mandates while private schools can keep theirs will only widen the divide we have felt all the way thru.
