at what age would it be appropriate to have your child start a facebook account? i think i got one in grade 5 or 6

do you guys think we are doing enough to educate about digital citizenship? i feel like there's not enough out there for children who are learning about something that can be extremely dangerous especially if they don't know how to use it properly

should we have time limits to how long we use our phones for? like after 4 hours it turns off completely until the next day? or maybe just certain apps?
