@AmericanAir changed our preferred seats that we paid for to be at the front of the plane to ‘preferred’ seats not together in middle of plane, one being a middle seat. And this after they changed our flight from a direct flight to a 2 leg trip. Theft. #AmericanAirlines

@Uber_Support I left an important item in the Uber yesterday and cannot get in touch with the driver. Tried using the lost item call feature and it never connects the call to driver. Submitted the issue through Uber help app, but haven’t heard anything. Please help!
