@Plusnet Hi Plusnet, my broadband has been down since 29 Sept due to an Openreach outage. It’s affecting TV streaming (Sky, Netflix, Amazon) and work on my laptop. Mobile data isn’t enough. Can you provide a temporary 4G/5G hub or other solution until service is restored?

@Plusnet Broadband outage since 29 Sept (7am), postcode WS5 4PY. Please confirm the Openreach fault/job reference for my line and whether engineers are currently on site. I need this for updates and compensation. Thanks.

My delivery has just been cancelled because the driver couldn't be bothered to come a different route due to one road being closed. Spoke to the driver and he wasn't interested in getting here. #asda

@WalsallHcareNHS I am at A&E at the moment and the coronavirus area is not clearly sign posted and my elderly mother sat in it by mistake. There aren't any signs. It's also very close to he rest of the weighting area.
