The Leisure Pool at Artillery Park Aquatic Centre has been closed due to a mechanical issue. It will remain out of operation until the issue has been resolved. The City of Kingston apologizes for the inconvenience and wishes to advise that the Vicki Keith pool remains open.
Thanks for joining us fans. We hope to see you tomorrow night when we host @OHLRangers on @arkellsmusic night. Game time is 7 PM @LeonsCentre!

Couldn't agree more. Heard the interview with @SheilaTyson4CC, was riveted to @cbcasithappens (which isn't in itself unusual) and 4 the first time ever, sent a note to a guest. Thanked Councilor Tyson via Twitter 4 her impactful words and powerful presence. https://t.co/NGZxYTVA2m
THIS. Probably the best post-election interview EVER. Thank you to everyone including @SheilaTyson4CC for your courage, determination and your gas money. This story is not about a two-man race - it is about these amazing women #Alabama#MustListen https://t.co/KEmmM1YyYL
Congratulations to everyone who threw their hat in the ring for the @MBQTMT Elections this past Sat. The new council is made up of:
Incumbent Chief R. Donald Maracle and Councillors: Josh Hill, Carl Maracle (Ted) Debra Vincent and Stacia Loft. Best to all!
Liking the new illuminated 401 warning signs, "It's not summer," and "Welcome to Winter." Good for MTO making a critical point using just a hint of wry humour. @koopy@MIHomeYGK@KingstonRegion@JudithPineault@IntellRx @CKWS_Hutch https://t.co/5KNmzZRWO3
After 27 years of covering city council, looks like my newspaper days are over. It's especially sad to hear that many FT time employees & colleagues are out of work after @KingstonRegion shut its doors this morning #ygk#ygkc
So sorry Hollie to hear of you and the many others who have lost jobs and livelihood and won't be able to do what you're all so good at doing anymore. Sad for communities everywhere. https://t.co/U6uHkSIz9o
Not even 280 characters is sufficient to express how much I’ll miss telling the stories of the beautiful people of Kingston & Frontenac, and being a member of the local media community. I feel privileged to have had the honour, and will always cherish this near decade of my life.
Interview on @CBCOntMorning with Cobourg Ec Dev this morning. Ambitious venture! More forward thinking ideas from a cutting edge town! Venture13 aims to turn Cobourg into innovation hub https://t.co/eYHmuAqzXQ
@karensmith_0808 @KP_Patrol Seems that in Toronto though the experience wasn't always a good one with certain groups @koopy CBC Radio took a closer look at this issue some months ago. Some positive, some negative. Did you hear it?
Love the idea of a Communication Board @SirJohnA_LDSB Really good way to maintain strong links with the greater community. @P2EKingston @BCKYGK@MollyBrant_LDSB https://t.co/ay12C25DbP
Hey @SirJohnA_LDSB! Here is a new way to keep in the loop. Our new Communication Board will provide information on our Growing Young Minds gardens and general school and school council information. Thank you to @LLFdn! Installed; posting starting soon!
Can't think of a better, more meaningful, thought for a #YGK Monday. Actually, it might be a good idea to have this kick in EVERY Monday! https://t.co/xwcC7TbWRK
@aeartcentre Love this program @BCKYGK! Enjoyed learning with Grade 5 Mother Theresa Catholic class @cityofkingston City Hall in Sept. How cool that Mulberry Waldorf students are at @aeartcentre this week. #YGK is one big classroom!
