@BlueDartCares@BlueDart_ My parcel with tracking number 81763382315 shows as if it was attempted to deliver twice and as if the address mentioned is incorrect. Another parcel with tracking number 81763467623 sent by the same sender PlatinumRX was delivered successfully.
Both parcels had the same address of delivery, yet one got delivered, another is in this state. The parcel contains medicines for my mother, which are finishing. Your call centers have been useless and show complete apathy. Please respond ASAP.
