@SupportOven so you did a poor clean broke my oven door glass everywhere for my dog to find. New door delivered a day after promised, then no engineer turned up to fit when promised. I despair

@KarenMillen I ordered a wedding dress and accidentally picked wrong postal address cos your system throws up London and now you say I can't cancel or redirect so lose dress and money, seems unfair and ruin my day. Please help
@bt_uk what absolutely terrible service from you, I have tried to email complaint to you on 2 email addresses and both undeliverable. It's almost as if you don't want people to complain
@bt_uk Are you for real? No response yet received from you to my official complaint. And now you send me a bill for £283.90. For what? Absolutely appalling lack of service from you. You should be compensating me and I have also complained to @Ofcom
@bt_uk Do you not look at record of contact I have had with you in last sad sorry month? Look at your phone records and email complaint I sent on 10 December. No service at all from you just stress and hassle and threats to pay you and no compensation for lack of service @Ofcom
