Nirmala Sitharaman launched the Mutual Credit Guarantee Scheme for MSMEs facilitating collateral free loans up to ₹100 crores for purchase of plant, machinery and equipment. If you are in your Forties - Sixties and want to stay healthy and fit.
Tips!
1)Have a glass of water when you wake up. Stretch in bed.
2)No Tea/Coffee with Sugar or biscuit/rusk.
3)Walk 45 mins daily (6-6.45 am)
4)Mobility drills 5 mins.
5)Twice a week of strength training.
20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, 1 min plank, 1 min bridge, 20 reps lunges.
6)Limit social nights/dinner meetings.
7)Work 40-50 hours, 64 hours of sleep is mandatory.
8)Quarterly breaks- 3 with family, 1 solo.
9)Avoid negative people, negative thoughts, they drain you.
10)Annual health checkup.
11)Pursue a hobby, music, dance anything.
12)Finish Dinner by 7 pm.
13)Don't bring work home, what cannot be done from 10-6, need not be done after that.
14)Don't be part of any whatsapp groups which don't add value to your life.
15)Visit an Orphanage or Old home once in a while.
16)Stop celebrating birthdays, you are not important, what you do is important.
17)Sometimes Do nothing, doing nothing is everything.
18)Discard old clothes, gifts etc.
When you give more you get more.
19)Build a passive income.
20)Thank God and your parents often, you are what you are because of them.
