This is crazy. Someone is willing to pay me $535 to buy $CRWV at $50 by January 2027.
It's called a cash-secured put, and here's how it works:
$CRWV is trading around $60 right now. You sell the $50 put expiring January 15, 2027 and collect $535 in premium up front.
In exchange, you agree to buy 100 shares at $50 if the stock is below that price at expiration. You set aside $5,000 in cash to cover it, which is why it's called "cash-secured."
The buyer is paying for the right to sell you shares at $50. Whatever happens, the $535 is yours to keep.
One of two things happens:
1. $CRWV stays above $50. The put expires worthless and you keep the $535. That's a 10.7% return on $5,000 in 88 days, about 44% annualized.
2. $CRWV drops below $50. You buy 100 shares at $50, but your real cost basis is $44.65 after the premium, about 25% below today's price.
The risk: if $CRWV falls to $35, you'd own shares worth $3,500 on a $4,465 cost basis, a $965 loss. Someone who bought 100 shares today would be down $2,481.
CoreWeave also reports Q3 earnings before this put expires, so a big move in either direction is possible.

Forget the stock symbol - focus on the stage development and why it's important to wait for a stage 1 formation and/or the actual stage 2 breakout, above the 200d ma.
It increases your odds of success vs guessing where to buy during a grueling long-term stage 4 drawdown.
