Instead of treating these tasks separately, we introduce 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬—user representations built from past interactions that generalize across multiple predictive applications.
