@callmeconsonant Read the fia’s statement it was in Carlos’s blind spot which is why he only got a 5 sec penalty, he also has his blue flag disabled which is Williams fault for not telling him Oscar was there while battling fernando. Carlos was actually really sorry and mad at Williams for that.
