This dinner is a disgrace. Trump’s rambling, unhinged speech is full of hate and spite. Just spewing nastiness at his usual targets. Let’s not sanitize how truly ugly it was. This would be a great moment for members of the press to get up and walk out.
@kskrygan I'm want to make sure that you are seeing this issue and the comment thread below it: IJPL-177161 Modal commit interface cannot be activated in IntelliJ IDEA 2025.1 EAP4
Recognizing this form of loneliness, I strengthen my resolve to send at least an acknowledgement whenever I receive an e-mail addressed to me personally.
When I send info in an e-mail that I think will be useful to a specific person, a part of my mind camps-out on my Inbox, waiting to hear that my message reached that person.
This, too, is a form of loneliness.
Something I love about these Red Cross first aid videos: every time a trained person tells a bystander to call 911, get the first aid kit and the AED, the bystander immediately repeats those instructions before doing them. This should be normal for any high-pressure interactions.
@NYTGames I actually connected better with today's Connections (Feb 21, 2024) than with some other recent ones. Guess that reflects which schools I've been swimming in.
@beesolved@Lisette1701 It sounds like @Lisette1701 landed on a page that had all the answers turned on. (Maybe that happens if Javascript is not running in her browser?) I know that in the default view, the answers start hidden and are only revealed after a checkbox and button click.
@Lisette1701@beesolved I am a person with different goals than yours: I have very limited time, so my goal is to see & type every word in today’s puzzle. I greatly value the grid of hints provided by @beesolved because they save me time and frustration, and give me confidence that I saw all the words.
Things that absolutely should not be:
1. Billboards and bus sides advertising personal injury attorneys.
2. People texting AND PHONING to see if my father wants to sell his house.
3. Sending fake invoices for subscription renewals with virus-laden PDF attachments.
PLEASE STOP!
