The ramifications of this decision will be talked about for years, this effectively means the president is now just a figure head, any judge with ideology that is different from the president can just overturn a presidential decision to govern as he or she decides 😳
One day there will likely be a Democratic president, a right leaning judge could just overturn anything they do as well 🧐

The case was remanded for further consideration that will certainly raise grounds for appeal IDed in the dissent. As Turley points out, review of those issues only requires the 4 dissenters' votes.
