The reports were good.
Understanding them was the problem.
How I used Grok Build and Microsoft Copilot to turn property reports into a decision-making dashboard:

I tried Cowork over the weekend. I have a M365 Copilot License that has no Cowork credits. I asked Copilot to build a flow for me and it could not. I asked Grok Bot and it did it with a few approvals that I did.
I’m happy if I’m doing it wrong but honestly the xAI environment is much friendlier. I appreciate that Copilot is more secure with my data but if it can’t tell me how to make my job easier and I end up doing as much work getting it to do something, it’s going to end up a nitch product.
@DirtyTesLa Interesting thought. If it turns on and the accident happens anyway, who is responsible? That could be messy legally. I assume, since it’s a L2 system, driver is but I can see a law suite coming blaming @Tesla
@poteto@Jamilly44833887 I installed dr eggbot after building out my bots. I asked for a check of the bots but not sure my Chief of Staff actually deployed dr’s suggested changes. Guess I need to recheck after my tokens refresh.
Confused by X Premium+, SuperGrok, Cursor, and Grok Bots?
I tested the combinations so you don't have to.
The biggest surprise: paying for multiple plans doesn't necessarily mean your usage limits stack.
I break down: ✅ X Premium+ ✅ SuperGrok ✅ Cursor Pro+ ✅ Grok Bot usage grants ✅ X Money considerations

I finally figured out the difference between X Premium+, SuperGrok, Cursor, and Grok Bots.
The surprising part?
More subscriptions don't necessarily mean more usage.
