@bt_uk my internet has been disconnected. I was told last month someone had attempted to move the services on my account, I phoned up and this request was cancelled and I told I would stay connected. Please can you fix as I urgently require my services to work from home today.

@hotelsdotcomuk Hi, I've booked a room in Glasgow for me and my pregnant wife. We paid for free cancellation but used Clubcard vouchers to pay in part. Due to pregnancy problems, we won't be able to travel. I need to cancel but there doesn't seem to be a way to get a full refund?
