@ChandlerReedSMB How do you evaluate skin in the game? Just cash, or do you account for things like personal guarantee on leases, lower returns at the beginning, etc

- left PE 3 years ago to launch a Venture Fund (Stone Mountain Ventures) with over 20 LPs and a little under $2M raised
- been running my fund and have learned a lot about breaking into VC and paving your way when it’s hard to break in
- own and operate 2 small businesses generating about $800k in revenue
- actively looking to acquire more businesses and grow a Holding Company
- been sober since 4/13/2022
- enjoy running and not very good about posting on social media so trying to be authentic and take it one day at a time
- based in Dallas, TX
