@FarvaPrice More flying jobs for O4s, the less flying jobs for O2/O3s. While there isnt a perfect solution, I agree with @FarvaPrice - we need to motivate people to stay in for command. If they just want to fly, Air National Guard or Army Warrant Officer Flight Training await.
