Don’t forget CBCT during #PAE to ensure complete embolization of the central gland; a must to see separate vascular compartments, AKA type 3 central gland blood supply!

@AriIsaacsonMD Agreed, emphasizing the need for careful microcatheter angiography. If the 2 pedicles are in hemodynamic balance or your in the minor pedicle may not visualize the reflux until your in the middle of the embolization !
