@WillHillHelp I reported my account being hacked and all funds being lost a week ago but your live chat and provided all details requested but still have not had a response. Please help

@WillHillHelp I have attempted to contact live chat numerous times over the past week and five times today with no response. I have screenshots of all attempts and have now contacted IBAS
@WillHillHelp No no, let’s be clear… if you would “love to help” you would contact live chat on my behalf and request this is sorted as a matter of urgency after I have told you I am not getting a response from them. However your actions confirm you also believe live chat is useless!
@WillHillHelp You may as well say, it is under a security check and to follow this up you must talk to a brick wall. The live chat is useless if nobody responds. You can’t just send people to use a redundant service and deem this ok
@WillHillHelp It’s been under security check a week and I’ve tried going through live chat which I get no response from,literally no response.I have sent screenshots of this. Please can you provide details of the ombudsman protocol so I can escalate this. No correspondence is not a resolution
@WillHillHelp Different each time. It says I can close the window and come back to the chat. I have done this and no reply after hours waiting. I have left the chat open and no response. This is very worrying knowing my account details have been accessed by someone
