Terrible customer service at #fanatics.com. Supposedly my order was “damaged” during delivery and was returned to the facility. I only know because I tracked my order. Now customer service says I have to wait for a refund until they get it back in their warehouse! What???

Do not order from @summerlabels. I ordered some cute Barbie items and they didn’t show up and no response from customer service. Their website looks legit but I guess it’s not!

The second time that I am posting that @WebsterBank has the WORST customer service! They blocked my debit card while traveling and after a half hour on the phone with them they disconnected me! The worst!!

The worst service @websterbank ever! Branch keeps saying I can only call the 800 number and the wait time there is an hour. I asked to speak to a manager and after being spoken to rudely was told managers come in at 10! It’s a bank! Can’t wait to switch to a different bank!

Great job @mazdafinancial. Tried to schedule a payment in advance and instead payments were taken on the day I put it in. When I called I was told that since it’s computer generated they’re not responsible. What?? What company doesn’t take responsibility for errors they make??
