@XfinitySupport anyone else ever tried to claim a refund from Xfinity? Started this on July 8 after cancelling on May 20. 5 calls later with latest call for over an hour with over half on hold. I think they just count on people to give up. Different story each time. Terrible.

@XfinitySupport On 5/20/25, I spoke with rep to cancel cable service for in-laws. Mom had stroke and they won’t travel to IN house again. Was told there would be no more fees! On 6/21, Dad got billed $220 for unreturned equipment. So much for “no fees”! Phone support unanswered.

@LibertyCappy Silliness. Energy star rating and LED bulbs are about kWh’s consumed not cost per kWh. Your consumption would have gone down. Nuclear, hydro, solar & wind farms are about diversity in energy generation. Oil, gas & coal won’t last forever. The latter few also save the planet.
