@MelkerSundstrm @sonsonson_12 @Megatron_ron i'm given to understand that tank gunnery is still very much a prized and practised skill in the IDF Armoured Corps, but still not so much in the Egyptian Armoured Corps. even assuming each side is only half as good as their grandfathers were - top crews still beat top armour. 🙄

@sonsonson_12 @MelkerSundstrm @Megatron_ron that's extremely unlikely to happen & also not how it would have unfolded. the only way Merkavas would have anything left for them to shoot after the IAF rolled in, was if the chief of the ground forces demanded that IAF left something for his tankers to shoot at. it's 2024. 🤷‍♂️

@Shaibiwhispers @Megatron_ron actually, the money that was earmarked for "building bridges" (or just food & houses) was poured into Gaza quite liberally, but it would appear that over the past 18 years, Hamas channelled it mostly into rockets, tunnels, and mansions abroad for its leadership. 🤷‍♂️

@TBrancante @DJClark74213977 @Sprinter99800 i've never seen one, and i try to keep up with the footage coming out of Gaza/Lebanon border. this was also never announced. finally, there are plenty of Mk.4-s still in Gaza without Trophy, i'd expect the IDF to 1st retrofit those - they're more expensive and will serve longer.

@ultimateemaster @clashreport they probably should, shouldn't they? they don't want them F-35s delivered all rusty once they get rid of those pesky Russian S-400s (preferably by handing them in to Uncle Sam for safekeeping), do they? 🤔
