My complaint to nodal officer was responded by a standard insensitive response, which was no different from an automated mail, except that it was not instant, took a few days for the automation to work !!!
Forwarded to appellate authority, for noting if nothing else.
@airindia Seat booking done to ensure 3 seats of family are together strangely changed by airline without intimation. There were 3 different PNRs and therefore the early seat blocking on 2nd Feb. Reason given that middle seat was free then is chargeable now. Airline can change !

@IndiGo6E Three tickets were purchased separately for the same sector and flight number, and due to cancellation at your end was given the refund after multiple follow-ups with agent. The compensation amount decided by you was processed for 1 ticket, no email yet for the other 2.
@makemytripcare Unable to speak to anyone or raise request for a cancelled flight on 5th December. IVR has no option to refer to past flight. Wrongly shows as refund request not payable. Two other refunds were processed. Who to contact ? Please share email or have incoming call.

@Niva_Bupa Almost 24 hours and not even acknowledgment has come. It seems the X handle is not attended. You should close the handle if you are not monitoring the messages.
@Niva_Bupa Struggling to get routine claim to be processed. Since last two and half months. Asking for additional documents also provided, home visit done by claims person for residential check followed by clinic/hospital visit. Have never experienced such poor service before !
