🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed acting completely unhinged, spraying pepper spray down a residential street, in Santa Ana… with no one near him.

In the video, he’s walking around screaming, “Back the fuck up or you’re getting sprayed right now!”… while just firing the pepper spray in random directions down the street.

There was no crowd, no physical threat, just an unhinged agent spraying a chemical weapon all around a neighborhood.

And just so we are clear… Pepper spray is force. You don’t get to deploy it because you feel tense, or want to intimidate a neighborhood. Force has to be tied to an actual, immediate threat.

Spraying blindly down a residential street puts kids, families, and bystanders at risk.

It’s reckless, excessive, and it’s exactly what happens when agents think accountability doesn’t apply to them.

BREAKING: RED ALERT! Adam Schiff sounds the alarm that Trump’s ICE is quietly stockpiling MASSIVE arsenals of military weapons!

The Trump administration is turning ICE and Customs and Border Protection into an armed juggernaut. Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has uncovered contracts worth at least $144 million for weapons, ammunition, and accessories during Trump’s first year.

That is a FOURFOLD INCREASE for ICE and a doubling for CBP compared to 2024. This is not routine law enforcement, but is a deliberate buildup of lethal firepower for a domestic force that will be around for years.

Schiff’s report, shared with The New Republic’s Greg Sargent, details the haul. ICE signed deals with Geissele Automatics for millions in “precision long guns and accessories” to equip armed agents. These are AR-style rifles built to military specifications.
CBP ordered millions more in rifles. Both agencies have locked in Glock contracts for millions in handguns and accessories. Combined, they are acquiring thousands of high-powered lethal weapons at taxpayer expense.

The ammunition orders alone exceed $30 million. Non-lethal contracts top $25 million for Tasers, pepper spray, and tear gas canisters.

This is not about border security; this is Snake Plissken-level dystopia. Trump is preparing an unaccountable, heavily armed DOMESTIC POLICE FORCE ready to enforce mass deportations and crush dissent. The scale is staggering. The intent is terrifying.
Schiff called it what it is: a “grotesque expansion of power.” Just as post-9/11 security grew unconstrained, this MAGA terror bureaucracy is amassing troops and firepower with no end in sight.

War profiteers are cashing in while communities face an increasingly militarized ICE. This is not protection. This is OCCUPATION.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally assaulted a 19-year-old U.S. citizen, and then kidnapped him, while admitting on camera they didn’t even know who he was, in Olathe, Kansas.

In the video, an agent is sitting on the teenager’s back as his 14-year-old brother screams that he’s a U.S. citizen, in a Walmart parking lot.

The agent responds:

“Well, we’re going to find that out since whoever drives this [pointing to the truck] isn’t.”

That sentence is the admission.

Because it shows the only thing they knew, at that moment, was something about the registered owner of the truck… not the person they had pinned to the pavement.

Vehicle registration tells you who owns a car. It does NOT tell you who is driving it.

Before law enforcement can detain someone, they need individualized reasonable suspicion tied to that person.

If they had not confirmed the driver matched the registered owner…
If they had not observed a crime…
If they had no warrant…

Then pinning him down, handcuffing him, and loading him into a vehicle raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns.

You don’t get to tackle someone first and figure out who they are later.

You don’t get to use force based on “we’ll find out.”

The issue isn’t just that he’s a U.S. citizen…

The issue is whether agents had lawful, INDIVIDUALIZED suspicion to detain him before they used force.

Because when law enforcement starts treating vehicle registration as automatic suspicion for whoever is behind the wheel…

That’s collective punishment.

And the Constitution does not allow that.
