@seetickets received an email saying the heritage live event next Friday is cancelled by the promoter & to contact them for a refund on an email address you provided. The email address doesn’t work. How do I get my money back? I paid for ticket protection, too.

@chilternrailway sat on a delayed service at South Ruislip! Already delayed, and nothing more frustrating when you let the Oxford trains through which are not running to a delayed time! A later train would have been better than this cramped tin of tuna! 🍣

@British_Airways was due to fly to Geneva in 2 hours with friends for a long weekend. Get up to a message from you sent at 0500 to say flight cancelled with no explanation & moved to a flight tomorrow. Absolute disgrace. Thanks for wrecking my weekend. Why is it cancelled?
