@weezmgk @DoctorKarl Yeah, I put carrots into containers often. There’s sometimes a bit of condensation but nothing like I’m talking about. There was literally 1-2cm of water at the bottom of the container after putting a bit of honey over the raw cut up carrot. I would love to know why it happens

@DoctorKarl Hi Dr Karl, can you please explain why raw carrot turns honey into liquid I put a raw carrot into my Tupperware lunchbox & drizzled honey over it. It was liquid by break time. I tried it again at home, straight into the fridge & had the same result.
