Elon is a coke head. Apparently he is just constantly geeked all the time and it is just an accepted unavoidable aspect of working for him.

Naturally this breeds a super toxic cult like mentality in his employees - workers that don't fall in line with his nonsense are rooted out and fired or quit; workers that accept this shit continue to get promoted and defend his nonsense.
