I was reading one of the recent WPATH statements (yes, at a family dinner, on a holiday weekend, I know), and my dad said something I knew was true, which was that he's skeptical of transgender medicine for youth.

Here’s a bill that passed today that isn’t being talked about enough:

AB 1848 (@ib2_real) permanently ends prison gerrymandering in CA and ensures incarcerated folks are counted in their home county, not the county where they are incarcerated.

I walked my kids to school in CD 13 today. We encountered broken sidewalks, missing curb ramps, no crossing guards, and a close call with an SUV driver at a dangerous crossing.
