The obstacles are real—we hit them daily… usually around 6 on a Tues at public comment, with someone terrified their value will drop & the next terrified his will go up—not an argument against. It’s the reason to keep pushing it

But land doesn’t come subdivided & capital won’t back 50 sponsors on a site, so you try to write the code toward grain & get as close as a site lets you. Usually not as close as I’d like
