They were enrolled at Al-Hadeed Private School in Inusawa, Ungogo LGA, Kano State. Their mother noticed that one of the children could not control her bowels, which prompted her to investigate. All the children confirmed that their teacher, known as Uncle Kamal, had been molesting them.
Doctors have confirmed that all the children were molested.
Following a thorough investigation and the discovery of concrete evidence, their teacher, Uncle Kamal, was arraigned before the Senior Magistrate Court No. 27, No-man’s-land, Kano, on charges of rape. The court remanded him to a correctional facility and adjourned the case until June 9, 2026.
