My Flipkart order was placed on 14 June and got cancelled on 28 June. Customer support created a replacement order with a delivery date of 1 July, but it's still stuck on "Order on Hold."

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart For over a month, I've been calling every 2–3 days. Every time I get the same false promises: "We've escalated your complaint," "Our team will contact you," or "You'll receive a refund message within 24–48 hours." None of it has happened.

नीति का असली पैमाना उद्योग का मुनाफ़ा नहीं, जनता का हित होता है।
