That’s the problem @Concordium’s NewsAgents is built to solve.

Instead of asking readers to simply trust the output, every AI-generated summary is cryptographically hashed and recorded on-chain the moment it’s published.

Each time someone opens a story, the app verifies that hash against the blockchain. If the content has been modified in any way, even by a single character, the verification fails.

On top of that, Zero-Knowledge Proofs preserve user privacy, while the Agent Registry connects every AI agent to a verified human identity, creating real accountability without compromising sensitive information.

Just finished listening to the recording of The AI Agent Trust Wars X Space with Concordium CEO Boris Bohrer-Bilowitzki on Coffee with Captain, and one idea kept coming up:

The next challenge for AI isn’t capability. It’s trust.

The conversation wasn’t about proving an AI agent exists. It was about making it trustworthy enough to participate in real commerce.

A few points really stood out:

▫️ Privacy and accountability can coexist.
You shouldn’t have to expose your personal data just to prove an agent is backed by a real person. Zero-Knowledge Proofs make both possible.

▫️ Trust has to be portable.
AI agents won’t live on one blockchain. A trust layer that works across ecosystems is far more valuable than one locked to a single network.

▫️ Infrastructure beats hype.
The discussion wasn’t about building smarter AI. It was about building the rails that let smarter AI operate safely at scale.

▫️ The protocol should handle trust.
Identity, permissions, and accountability shouldn’t be patched on later. They need to exist at the protocol layer from the start.

The biggest takeaway for me was this:
