The Soviet Barbarossa pack is officially complete.
From the T-28 to the Gaz trucks, the whole roster is modeled and game-ready in Godot. It’s been a journey getting the workflow right, but seeing them all together it's been worth it.
Barbarossa sandbox update: Basic movement is locked in. Clutch turns are working smoothly on flat ground. Next step is tackling the physics. #GodotEngine#indiedev#tankgame

After months of iteration, Cogs of War now has proper crew AI.
Driver + Gunner both read from the WWII database, so swapping a Panzer II for a Firefly instantly changes how it drives and fights, all data-driven.
Next step: the Commander.

Added a Soviet GAZ-AA truck to my low-poly WW2 vehicle set.
Built from reference — the GAZ-AA was the Red Army’s workhorse from 1932–42, carrying everything from ammo to infantry across the Eastern Front.
Slowly building the world for Cogs of War.
