@airindiain Could you please fix the bug in your customer care hotline waiting time/queue position estimate logic ? The number goes in a shuffled ascending order with no end. Call often gets cut after connecting. Money spent on call would be more than the flight ticket itself !

@idrmbig @RahulThakurRajp @airindiain Visa validity is the catch. Air India has set a minimum 1 year visa validity to be eligible to board the flight. If that’s met, you are good to go !

Please consider relaxing the SOP.

My wife visa got expired and as per german embassy, they will re-issue visa but it would be for 3-6 months.They will get long term visa once they are in Germany. So please allow to travel who are having visa period less than 1 year.
