@BekCommane Only hindsight will tell. I worked at a lender in mid 2000s and we launched a 25 year fixed rate product that had 7 completions!!! However, if rates ever returned to pre-financial crisis levels, this will look good. What are the ERCs?

I read two very good articles on another social media platform about creative thinking. Something I am passionate about.
