@SingaporeAir Last reply was 24 August: "please note that booking classes G and E with Swiss International Airlines are non-mileage accruable" and referenced the existing chart. But it does not address the main problem, that these are NEW cabin classes introduced by Swiss

@Avis This turned out to be a bogus refuel charge ($160!) when I had re-fueled 1 mile away before returning the car. Avis customers beware. Even a full tank of gas does not cost $160.
