Founders: Stop obsessing over finding 'warm intros'.
Only look for them AFTER you've:
1. Confirmed the company has your pain point
2. Identified the decision maker
3. Validated they can buy
Qualification > Connection
Sometimes the smartest move isn’t finding another argument.
It’s walking away.
You can’t make a deal with everybody. And you shouldn’t.
Sometimes walking away isn’t losing the negotiation. It’s recognizing that continuing the negotiation would be the real loss.

- Years of experience rose from 4.6 to 4.85
