#AmericanAirlines complete screw up. The gate agent A Bahram confirmed I was on the flight and scanned my boarding pass to get onto the Jet bridge. Then was called back and told my seat had been cancelled. They let standbys on but wouldn’t let me on.

Thank you so much to Kim in #admiralsclub in B terminal at DFW. She tried hard to fix the mess at B32, flight 3855 and at least got me in the next flight to my destination (see next post for details of the #AmericanAirlines screwup.

What a disaster in Little Rock airport. There were basically no one to get the plane into the gate or get it out. We will be almost an hour late. Something needs to be done about this. Don’t know if #AnericanAirlines can do anything or not, but someone needs to.
