Over the summer we wrote an original song each week as our church walked through the Book of Hebrews together. We’re recording them in the studio but here’s a sneak peek…

Being a manager of a college basketball team was one of the most formative experiences of my life. I learned so much from those years - some of the best of my life.

Cool story. Dusty May on why he wanted his son to be a manager
"I wanted him to do it because you learn to be 100% selfless. You learn that you can't have any ego if you want to make it in this business, & there's nothing that teaches humility better than being a student manager
We had more talent this year in college basketball arguably than any year in history.
Michigan was the clear best team this year, beating every team in the tournament comfortably.
In light of that context, they have to be in the conversation as one of the greatest ever.
John Beilein walked so Dusty May could run.
9 years before Beilein: UofM was 145-135 with 0 tourney appearances
Then came Beilein in 2007:
• 278-150 (most wins at MI)
• 9 NCAA app
• 5 Sweet 16
• 2 Final Fours
• 4 B1G titles
Tonight isn’t possible without John Beilein.
Yaxel Lendeborg played 36 minutes tonight on a bad knee.
He was clearly hobbled, but he showed tremendous toughness. He finished with 13 points, 9 of them coming in the 2nd half.
One of the gutsiest performances you will see. What a player.
Tom Izzo after Michigan State’s loss to Michigan:
“I guess the crowd didn’t watch the game, because I’m nobody’s damn little brother, and neither is my team.”
Michigan finished with a 29-2 record and 24 double-digit wins despite facing the No. 4 strength of schedule in the country.
It had 16 double-digit wins in the Big Ten — no other Big Ten team had more than 15 conference wins total.
One of the best college basketball teams ever.
The #Michigan Wolverines complete a perfect road record in Big Ten play. Hasn’t happened since the 76 Hoosiers. Probably will be another 50 years before it happens again. #GoBlue@umhoops@EvanMiya
Michigan basketball has won two conference championships in two seasons under Dusty May:
• 2025 Big Ten Tournament
• 2026 Big Ten regular season
The Wolverines were 8-24 in 2023-24.
Great win in every way. We were ready to play with a fabulous plan.
Love the way we withstood their second half run and showed we were the better team. Always good to win at Breslin #goblue
