1. Plan your meals ahead.
2. Eat 1-2 palm size protein portions with every meal.
3. Hydrate your ass off with water.
4. Go outside & go for a walk.
5. Get your workouts done
If you spent the next year doing these things:
1. Tracking your macros aka tracking everything you eat
2. Going for a daily walk
3. Training 3-5X per week
It would change your body & your mind completely in a positive way!
