Watching our beloved Twins online tonight in Punta Gorda, Florida. Dick B. was referencing minor league stadiums. As a season ticket holders for the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels we have the privilege to see the minor league team at Hammond Stadium. Go Twins!
NASCAR tried a Hail Mary weekend which is totally commendable. Nobody can control the weather but NASCAR can control contingency planning. It appears the city course limitations may bite them in the butt as the cup race cannot run on Monday. Sad day for race fans.
@NASCAR_Alerts @Mc_Driver@BubbaWallace Anybody old enough on these teeets to remember a Goodwrench #3 at Bristol? Nudge him you get nudged back. Nudge him again you get dumped. Hate or love, that was glory with 100,000+ in the stands. Miss it.
Was very impressed with NASCAR's ability to deliver a fun & safe product yesterday. I really enjoyed the bare bones version without the silly pomp and circumstance that always precedes the race. Perhaps NASCAR is on to something. Congratulations all around!
@o_spub @dennyhamlin@RyanJNewman As previously noted, this is not about Denny. He did nothing wrong. Congratulations to him. But NASCAR has control of what happens after a race and they can take a measured time out to respect the family and team. That’s it.

This ending is not about Denny’s win or what he did or did not do after winning. Congrats to him. It’s about classless NASCAR’s insatiable need to fill TV time after the race. A classy ending is to simply wait and measure a proper response.
Well leave it to NASCAR to screw up another 500. You have a guy in a major crash and yet NASCAR must throw confetti and have a stupid celebration. Get real.
