@AlaskaAir ugh - I don’t understand, once again #AtmosPlatinum was sitting at #1 on the upgrade list. Removed completely and the person below me received the upgrade. I asked the gate agent and once again “it’s all automated, we didn’t do anything”. This is the third time.
Am I not longer eligible for upgrades or something? I thought you like rewarding 75k fliers but when I keep getting removed from same day upgrades, wondering if I should just pay for first class regardless of loyalty to an airline…
@AlaskaAir upset about how rude your check in agent was when I was trying to check in a box of pineapple flying home from LIH to PDX and was charged $45 for a second bag when pineapple flies for free. Told to talk to baggage at PDX, landed and they already went home…
@Airbnb can you help explain your policy, your case managers refuse to answer:
Why is a guest allowed to keep a review on Airbnb when they never entered the property during their reservation, and therefore could not have experienced or accurately described the listing?
@AirbnbHelp I don't understand your review policies. Superhost to 20+ units, had a guest who didn't arrive or stay yet because they canceled after "check-in" time they can leave a 2-star review and yet my review removal request has been denied?
@qatarairways I love the starlink WiFi on the planes, although I can’t stand everyone now using WhatsApp Video calls or FaceTime in the air for 14 hour flights… there has to be a way to do something about that? #oneworldemerald
@AlaskaAir so frustrating- traveling with a fellow 75k, somehow his seat after 5 days gets moved, guy next to us refuses to switch, and they move him back to the aisle where he was assaulted on a previous flight which you still did nothing about… where’s the loyalty?
